I have a dell optiplex 990, running on Windows 10 64bit. I've installed a Gainward GTX 1050 2GB, but I only have signal coming out from onboard graphics.

This device complete value does not show up on any of the usual Driver Identifier sites. But VEN_8086 is Intel, and DEV_A13A is 'Intel Management Engine' I believe. There are three items shown on the P70 download site relating to Chipset which would appear relevant, and I've installed all three of these: And yet, I show this 'unknown device'. I'm running with BIOS 2.0 installed.

It can provide info about the unknown device. It says that the device, that has no drivers installed is: 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family KT Controller, 8086:1C3D 1028:047E The hardware ids for the unknown device are: PCI VEN_8086&DEV_1C3D&SUBSYS_047E1028&REV_04 PCI VEN_8086&DEV_1C3D&SUBSYS_047E1028 PCI VEN_8086&DEV_1C3D&CC_070002 PCI VEN_8086&DEV_1C3D&CC_0700 Where can I download the drivers? If I download them, will my card run? Most likely it is not being detected by the BIOS.

The serial port should not need a driver unless MAYBE you have a fingerprint, card reader, or gps???

I should also mention, the Product recovery DVD that was used to load XP Pro (MK1HL-XP2M)would not work in this machine. So, I ran it in a MK1L, then before restarting the MK1L, took the hard drive out and inserted it into the MK1. On the restart, everything ran as it should, except these two mystery devices. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Joe. First of all. Here is THE site to find ven and dev codes.

I have a new computer which was custom built for me by a shop. The computer is working great, I noticed in the device manager though, that under Other Devices there is something called 'PCI Simple Communications Controller' which has a yellow exclamation mark. On the site www.pcidatabase.com I looked up the driver details, Vendor: 8086 Dev: 3b64 SubSys:83831043 On the intel page it is listed right down the bottom under the pending section.the chip is listed as the Intel Management Engine Interface What is this? The note on the pcidatabase says something about laptops which made me confused.
